Who is Ziggy Health for?
Ziggy Health is for patients who are seeking medical consultation and/or treatment for hair loss and prefer to receive consultation and treatment from the comfort of their home.
Do I need a prescription to use Ziggy Health?
No, you do not need a prescription. The physicians on the Ziggy Health platform can provide a prescription if they determine it to be a safe and appropriate treatment after your online visit.
Can I use any pharmacy?
Yes, of course. We recognize patient freedom of choice and patients are always allowed to select their own preferred pharmacy.
If you choose the Ziggy Health Pharmacy Network, we’ll ship your medication to you directly in our discreet packaging, for free. You can always use your own pharmacy, although it may be more expensive as we cannot guarantee the prices of other pharmacies. It’s also important that your pharmacy is able to receive electronic prescriptions (participates in Surescripts network).
Additionally, for custom compounded formulations, many traditional pharmacies do not provide compounded medications.
Why is Ziggy Health only available in certain states?
In order to complete a medical treatment and prescribe medicine, a physician has to be licensed in the state where the patient is located. So, Ziggy Health is only available in the states where physicians on the Ziggy Health platform are licensed. But we’re expanding rapidly! If we’re not available in your state, please email us at hello@Ziggy Health.com and we’ll put it at the top of our to-do list.
Who are the doctors on the Ziggy Health platform?
All of the physicians on the Ziggy Health platform are U.S. licensed physicians and mid-level practitioners. Each doctor undergoes an extensive background check and license verification process.
